Mail Service and Deliveries
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to each tenant suite. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from each tenant suite. To secure mail delivery for your suite, please take a copy of your Lease Agreement to the USPS office located at 28081 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo, California 92690 and request mail delivery for your suite.
Small Packages
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large Deliveries
The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advance reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure the tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
